When I contacted this seller they knew it had been opened by the previous owner before them and wanted to argue that the item can be opened and be considered brand new. When I explained what eBay considers “brand new” they refused to acknowledge that description. The item was brand new, never used, when he received it, he said the seal was broken. I asked the person I got it from and he said he slid it open to look and that was all. I stated I would give a full refund and also pay for his postage to send back. He refused and demanded $50 off or he would give me negative feedback which is against eBay's policy. This item was never used and I know that for a fact.

It was picked up from me by the post office on Saturday the 14th and I see you received it on the 20th. It went from MA to NM so I am not sure but I know there has been bad weather across the country. I would love to ship for free, but thanks to the post office, their prices have gone way up and this time of year, they always go up again in time for the holidays.
