Advertised for hot water bottle and cover I bought 3. Only covers arrived, when contacted the seller offered me a £3 refund this was not even the price of 1 item. Told me to keep the items otherwise they’d be out of pocket but was happy for me to be left out of pocket with half of what I bought that was no use to me without the other half. Terrible customer service.
