Awful experience and terrible service. As per Ebay policy, I immediately emailed the seller to change the address. They said they could not - which is fine. My mistake. From that point on the item did not leave Texas for 3 weeks after it was supposed to arrive. Messages to the seller went unanswered for weeks until the item was reported as unreceived and Ebay forced them to respond. They still haven't responded to my reply.
