They offer a 30 day return but I wasn unable to get an hvac person until after the 30 days. The installer put in the "Brand New" board and it did not work. HVAC tech advised this board was bad. Seller would not accept the return even thought they sold me a defective product. I contacted them and they told me it was after the 30 days (True) and that the technician probably hooked up a bad wire and broke it. An HVAC pro broke it? Seriously.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! BEWARE!!!!!!!
