    Recommended Solgar B12 liquid

    As a vegetarian, I would recommend this product to anyone to obtain their B12. The sublingual liquid was recommended by my local healthfood store and I have been using this product for several years. My lab tests always come out fine.

    Immediate and long lasting energy

    Using just an inch of Liquid B12 in the dropper (or less) will give you beautiful long-lasting energy all day long. It is supposed to also make your hair thicker -- and mine is. I do not use it everyday, just when I appear to need more energy. Some days are just like that.
