The item was as described and was dispatched quickly by the seller. The USPS bollocksed their end of things pretty thoroughly...but none of the parcel's 8,000 mile sojourn of misdirection had anything to do with the seller, it was just our glorious postal bureaucracy at work. Thankfully, it was very well packaged so it was still in tact when it finally arrived (despite the outer box having been smashed into an accordian shape).
