I was in a rush and needed as soon as possible. In the listing, the seller claims it ships after 3 days. This was not the case for me. When I went to cancel after not hearing back, the seller added a tracking number but didn't ship it for a few more days after that. Once tracking is provided, whether it ships for a few days or not, buyers are unable to cancel the order. Kind of shady.

Seller made excuses & blamed the carrier when in fact they made the mistake of sending Fed Ex to a PO box address. This could have been easily fixed by sending USPS or requiring a physical address but they obviously don't have their business figured out. Customer service terrible!

If I was a kind of person that left negative feedback I would have but I just can't leave negatives. Still, disappointed by the whole transaction.
