Excellent communication and service, well wrapped and packed, as described, beautiful, thanks, much appreciated. Seller response to messages quickly and kept me updated on the order. Had a frustrating issued with the (DHL)shipper, but was resolved after the DHL supervisor got involved. Item was then delivered expeditiously. This issue was no fault of the seller, cause seller did not have any control of the shipping once it was out of the shipper’s hand.

Book received very well packaged and in really good condition, exactly as described by the seller. Shipping time more or less bang-on. Cost not unreasonable for shipping something of that size internationally between Australia and New Zealand. Would have no hesitation purchasing from this member again in future.
