Vendor communication was very good. I requested the fragile ornament be packaged well because shipping companies are rough and do not seem to care (they are just in to big of a hurry). The ship was very well packaged with air pockets suspending it in the middle of a sturdy box. Up on arrival, I inspected the ship and ensured it played/lighted. No issues (except owners manual was missing and is only reason for 4 star rating). A very nice addition to my brothers Star Trek collection!
