Very wise seller for that. 5 stars for product, 5 stars for service 6 days between Londonderry and Paris (1 weekend included)

Unfortunately let down by DHL who sent an email to say that it would be delivered 17.58-18.58 on the 2nd July. Trusted the info and stayed at home, then discovered that it had arrived back at delivery base at 18.34.....no attempt to deliver. Finally delivered 3rd July 17.30. No response from DHL whatsoever regarding the whereabouts of the parcel or poor service.
