Product exactly as advertised: OEM box was slightly crushed on two opposing corners, but the molded paper caps supporting the TN-450 toner cartridge inside the box appear to have absorbed the blow, likely preventing any damage to the cartridge -- still vacuum sealed in its factory pouch. This cartridge was ordered as a spare, and will not be removed from the sealed pouch until needed. No order problems or issues encountered, whatsoever. Excellent, A+++ eBayer!!
