The seller did his job - good price, fast delivery. Tire Plus did a great job - the service manager, Steve, is a caring, hard working, people oriented person who is very experienced and smart. Car service is a problem. It took us over an hour to get Car Service to give us the approval and authorization so Tire Plus could get reimbursed. And I had to wait and Tire Service couldn’t do their job with their other customers - they were on the phone trying to deal with Car Service.
