An in route shipment issue (order assumably lost in transit) occurred which did not appear to be connected with this eBay seller’s actions. The seller was quick to offer multiple fix actions which speaks highly of hie integrity as a reputable eBay member. I opted to have a new replacement order shipped to me which the seller at his own expense expedited to me. Second shipment was rapid received and am satisfied that seller did everything correctly to as quickly as possible resolve this issue.
