Lovely material however when I purchased the Main description stated a Bolster cushion. When arrived it was just a Cover. Discussed with Seller to no avail the main description was then changed to a cushion cover only. So Disappointed of course but the Seller felt there was no wrong doing on her part. I didn't feel there was any customer respect &evasive about the main description as a Bolster cushion/now stating a Cover only after my purchase. Disappointment with Seller Attitude in general.

I was happy to receive the item back and a full refund given, but you declined this offer. Messages received were quite passive aggressive, which was not required as I was willing to have the item back.
When you purchased the item, it clearly states in bold in two different parts of the description that this is only the cushion cover you are purchasing, My description also refers you to a company that sells the inners.
