      Hard to tell if it works

      I take this along with a small dosage of paroxetine. If you suffer with depression and anxiety this has been flouted as a good mood stabilizer as it is an essential mineral. All I can say is I'm ok on it and take up to 3 a day and so far I'm bearing up despite everything! So don't be afraid of this product because it has the name lithium. It's a small dosage and is one of the essential minerals that diets are lacking in modern times.

      More MG needed to take more effect

      Too Low dose for it to take much effect to be honest.You can feel a slight difference but nothing that will seriously chill you out. I've since been using passion flower from holland barrett. Now that hits you better. at 425mg a tablet instead of the lithium here at only 5mg. Lindens does others for me to still try out.I use other products from them i'm happy with.. Like the hair skin and nails tablets that truly help your hair,where i've noticed a big difference

      Nothing dramatic

      I feel this product stabilize my mood i a little, but i was hoping for more improvement in mood. Hopefully it can be a good addition to my brain function when taken over time, idk...This product is cheap so i guess its worth buying but about the quality i have no other lithium orotate products to compare with.
