At first, the order was delayed because the seller faced challenges related to discrepancies between availability and inventory. Although the problem was eventually resolved, my disappointment grew upon inspecting the products upon arrival. While the shipping box was intact, the packaging of each wiper blade was significantly crashed, bandaged haphazardly, and unmistakably not in new condition. The overall quality was unacceptable, leading me to advise against recommending this seller.

When these wipers left us, the packaging and wiper was 100% intact with no damage at all. We had multiple employees involved as it took a day to find in our warehouse reorganization. Nothing was bandaged, nothing was used. The items were 100% new when listed, when pulled and when shipped. We emailed the buyer multiple times and never received any reply with pictures showing their issues. We have blocked this buyer from all future purchases.
