    Very nice mobile rig packed with a lot of features

    Good Icom quality in very good overall condition. Due to age it's slightly out of tune, so needs an alignment. Very happy with the purchase though, if you find one of these in good condition and need a small radio for mobile use this is an excellent candidate for the job. This model, as most radios, has some issues, but those are known and basically covered in Youtube etc..

    Great things come in small packages

    This radio is very portable and powerful. It has features usually found only on the most high ended of rigs. Works great with a DigiRig to connect to a computer and is CAT enabled. Manual is a must for initial orientation to getting the full features of the rig.

    ICOM 7000 is KING of All mobiles

    I just purchased another ICOM 7000 yesterday and it’s the Fourth time I have owned one.I love them so much that I purchased the same one Three different times.I had to sell it several years ago for funding needs for something else but I have wanted another one since it left my hands.It’s by far the Best mobile Amateur Radio EVER built by any company hands down.It’s got an Awesome receiver and great filtering.It’s for sure a Shack in a Box but I bought it mostly for HF/6 meter use since I also have an ICOM 2820H in my mobile that I use for VHF/UHF FM/SSB & D-STAR.I would not trade my 7000 for any mobile radio ever produced and for sure not a radio with a goofy Touch Screen.The ICOM 7000 is the KING of mobile radios and the rest are just following behind. 🎙
