The kind of seller who thinks it s A) Perfectly fine to nag a buyer for Feedback Revision just because the service and item was described as Neutral and they think it should be better and B) admits they are too lazy to test items fully ( in this case a 50 minute VHS tape ) and stated in a message all items are tested briefly and that their methods of testing a 35 year old tape manufactured 34 years ago would not meet customer standards expected purchasing from eBay. Packed well & sent promptly
