The product received was as described. However, I was very disappointed in what transpired with the transaction. The buyer has a "BEST OFFER" listed. When I selected the minimum offer bid ($17), the seller did not respond at all and the offer expired. I then paid the full price and purchased the product. If the seller never intended to accept or counter any offers, the best offer option should not be listed.
