After waiting 3 days, seller told me that the laptop ordered had been "damanged during packaging" (oh sure) and tried to send a Lenovo laptop instead. This is despite the listing still being open saying there are 7 other of the same laptop available. Clearly a bait and switch scam. Refund was given, but 4 days wasted, avoid this timewaster and order somewhere else.

I ordered a laptop as a main present for my son at the end of November (plenty of time!), notified it was dispatched, I was then contacted and told there was an issue with the one I ordered and would I accept a replacement, I agreed, when it hadn't arrived after 2 weeks I contacted the seller who eventually came back to me and said it would be with me by the 22nd December....it has not arrived, and has left me with no time to find a replacement.
