Yes the items did appear to be new as they were in original packaging & sealed. Yes I was impressed by the quick shipping- Indiana to Alaska in 3 DAYS, also the items were packaged well for shipping. Upon receipt of the items, I did do a full charge using my OEM Xbox 360 charger. The battery's did take a charge but only provided 5 hours of game play each before going totally flat, perhaps this is normal for these battery packs??
