I brought this item expecting an oversized fit as I wear a size UK 6, but it was still somehow too small - when I decided to return, the seller told me that I needed to go on a diet. Very poor customer service.
I waited over a week for this parcel even though it said 1st class postage and it turned up packaged in a bin-bag.

SOMEHOW too small? Dorothy Perkins got it so very wrong? Hard to believe that neither jacket nor skirt, both clearly marked as size 10, suits a woman size 6. Both items two sizes bigger than you are supposed to be and still too small? Very strange! The parcel was sent promptly and it was securely packaged - totally unreasonable expectations!
