I was in a rush for this item. Was charged additional postage cost to ship item. Seller was not very quick in responses during transaction. Item was slow to arrive considering i paid an additional postage fee and it was shipped 'express' with TNT couriers. Courier did not deliver to my house. It was left on the side of the road in the rain, in long grass up the end of my driveway about 800m for my house. It was only luck that i found it. No notification from courier. Seller should reconsider TNT

Buyer purchased on Saturday 4th May. Order processed on following Monday the 6th but delivery address was out of free metro area. Contacted buyer same day with freight cost, arranged payment. Sent order with TNT on 7th May. TNT delivered order on the 13 May as buyers address was on farm property in Vacy NSW. Contacted TNT, driver claimed they delivered to start of property where road ended. We try our best.

Due to the cyber hack on the ports my part arrived Only one day late the company was fantastic during this they contacted me straight away and kept me informed everyday with what was going on and turned out only slowed things up by one day no big deal but the way the company kept me informed was fantastic great company to deal with
