On 6/30 when I still had not received the item I sent a message to the seller asking when they expect to have the item to ship my order? Since I've worked in the same industry that this seller does, I understand that they had to order the part from the manufacturer first, and then ship it, but instead of just telling me when they were expecting to receive it, they cancelled my order? I would have preferred to wait for the part, instead of a refund.

I never opened the package because the so called repairman who advised me to order the motor became MIA, and would never answer his calls/text messages, unfortunately. Communication was phenomenal on the part of eBay merchant. Item was returned to them (through no fault of their own). Return was seamless and I was refunded very quickly. I just received the filters today, so I have not use it yet, but the filter looks great and are sturdy and appear to be of great quality and is a great value for the price. I checked every filter and the condition of the filters were all in tact when received. I highly recommend this seller and I will most definitely purchase again from seller. Thank you.
