Item apparently could not be delivered. This is rubbish. as I regularly receive items from ebay from all states and overseas. I think the seller simply either could not be bothered or he ran out of stock. Maybe he thought the price was too low. In any event I had to buy elsewhere at a much higher price. I was refunded but I'm not happy.
