Shoes were exactly as described. They looked brand new, even though, if I remember correctly, they were classified as previously owned. They did get slightly wet on the end because it was pouring down rain when they were delivered and it was a couple hours before I got home. They were wrapped in plastic, but not completely one end, & in an envelope, which was not waterproof. They dried quickly, are absolutely fine. I suggest putting in sealed plastic bag b4 putting in envelope.
