Product is great as described, the choice of freight forwarding is not the best at all, parcel sat their for over a week. Once I raised the issue with seller, they contacted freight company. This resulted in the goods finally making a trip to me. So i would recommend the seller, but would be reluctant for them to use the same freight company.

Item received as described. No "paper" notification on when delivered by courier. As nobody was home was taken to parcel point pick up and nothing received from courier to advise this so not sellers fault. I had to look up tracking to see where item was located. Luckily item was tracked and then picked up. Seller A++++

Item was delivered quickly, alternator was brand new and sealed, but it was found to be defective upon installation, as it was not charging properly and it was triggering a warning light.
Contacted seller and explained situation, including video showing defect, I received a full refund within 24 hours.
Even though the part was defective the seller was excellent, and the problem is now resolved.
Recommended seller.
