The Mathcad 8 software arrived quickly and in excellent condition (but not in "brand new" condition as originally advertised). It was also well packed. Because of the premium price that was paid for this software, I sought a partial refund for the discrepancy. but Legacy Diamonds refused insisting that I could only return the software for a full refund. After pondering this unfortunate situation, I decided to keep the software rather than return it. Buyers should be treated better than this.
