Seller's website clearly explained they sell genuine articles below MSRP and aren't allowed to issue factory warranty since pricing doesn't comply with Swatch Group (owner of Tissot) policy. That's why the seller provides their own 2-year warranty. Shipping and packing were excellen...they even put additional padding into the watch box. Watch looks and works great...very happy with purchase. Would buy from this seller again.
