This book has information that can completely change your health!
If you are vegan and so not eat dairy, sugar, or flesh there are many parts of the book that do not pertain. However, the book is BEAUTIFULLY put together/impressive...much color, wonderful text, easy read, to the point. A couple bits of info are outdated but it is a good resource for beginners who want to change their HEALTH!

I really enjoyed the format and the content of the book. It was very informative. The paper quality is excellent and it is easy to find the information you are looking for. The only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 stars was the fact that the brands reviewed tended to be eastern seaboard companies. I did not recognize many of them here in Utah. ROTFL - Reading Of The Food Labels!
My only complaint is not being able to give six stars! All joking aside, this is an amazing book that is well researched, well written and well organized and is surely to change your perception of what healthy eating is about and should be. After finding the book in the library, I had to purchase it and now I have my wife reading it. I suggest that you do as well. These days when consumers shop, we pretty much throw our tried and true brands into the grocery cart and make our way out without the need for a second mortgage so reading nutrition labels and ingredient labels are not normally on the shopper's "to do" list; however, as the book implies, is a necessity to reduce exposure to many additives, chemicals, hormones, and so much more. These unwanted additions to our food in some cases ... My only complaint is not being able to give six stars!
