This item did not work when it arrived. The seller did not like my returning it for a refund. Even though I returned the printer in an Epson box and wrapped it thoroughly in bubble wrap, the seller claimed it was damaged when he got it. He appealed and also got a refund. It appears to me that the seller is taking advantage of the generousity of eBay.
