1 of the items came in working condition as described, however the second quantity of the item doesn't work at all. I reached out to the seller, to see if the issue was user error. However it has now been 5 days since I reached out and I have not received a response. The items did come in a timely manner and packaged very nicely. Unfortunately 1 of the items doesn't work and I have not heard back from the seller regarding how to fix the issue.
