I ordered a lot of 13 books. The box arrived in a timely manner but was damaged. It was not marked by the post office as received damaged. I contacted seller and we are in correspondence over how to resolve the issue since 7 books were lost or possibly stolen from the box before it was delivered to me.

The box was fully intact with all 13 books when I sent it so the buyer and I have determined through their pictures that it was clearly damaged and ripped apart in shipment and then taped back up again (even though the USPS did not report it). The buyer and I have agreed on a mutually beneficial way to fix this matter even though it was frustrating that it happened. I will always work to make sure that my orders are resolved fairly.
