I needed this freezer asap. Firstly I get a notification it has been delivered, when it had not. I am told days later that the tracking information was incorrect & they would provide new tracking details. Then a few days later again they tell me that the courier has lost the item (it's a freezer, not easy to lose). They then resend, & finally the item arrived damaged! They ask for photos then say they'll investigate. A week later they ask for packaging which we had thrown away, now no response!

Apologies again for the bad experience you had due to the delivery of the freezer. Though it seems not possible, couriers do lose orders as big as freezers. It happens when drivers drop the package to depots and don't update their systems. Since couriers have multiple runs and depots, it takes a while to backtrack their runs to find the package. As for the packaging, as mentioned in our "product description page", the original packaging is required when filing a damage in transit report.
