ScarAway gel is very easy to use and seems to me to be a better value than the strips. I like the strips, but they are difficult to manage since the ends tend to roll. With the gel, you can control the application of the product. In addition, having the gel allows you to cover irregularly shaped scars. This seems to work on new scars (I recently had an operation) and older scars (I had an accident several years ago and did not treat the scar). a little goes a long way
I use this gel at night on scars near my eyes..but not too close to them..it stays on well and..I could not apply makeup over it so use it when I'm not wearing any and at night..it just didn't look right with makeup but maybe it would for someone else..be sure to let it dry first..did a pretty good job on the redness too.

Could upgrade the size of the tube for the price
For the cost the tube should be larger. On the plus side I did see a change in the texture & feel of my scare and keloid within a few days. Still using it so hopefully my keloid disappears totally by the end of the treatment.

It's amazing!!
I had Mohs surgery on my left cheek. When the bandage came off I had a 4 inch scar from cheek bone to jaw. I was so upset... my dermatologist suggested Kelo Cote ...walaaaa immediately I mean immediately within one week you could see a true change with the look of the scar. I realize it takes time for the skin to settle down but I am a hairdresser so I am familiar with skin tissue I'm telling everyone who will be faced with mohs surgery this product is AMAZING!!
