The item is really good & as advertised.. Good, strong & sturdy hook with an attractive finish. Match the others in our caravan brilliantly. Great seller & well packaged.
However, the delivery was not as scheduled in regards to time for delivery, albeit free of charge postage. 4 days later than originally scheduled. Not the sellers fault; more than likely the Post Office!

Ok so item didn’t work for me BUT this is 2nd brand I’ve tried. Conclude it’s the FB/ Chinese origin head unit that my VW Golf aerial can’t supply. Unlike others, this seller at least stated the “gain” - looked more professional (tho item received isn’t branded as shown in ad). I contacted seller and had a response within an hour, I think, on a Saturday. NO complaint there. NB 2010 Golf has a double socket: the two separate ones on this item won’t fit, my bad for assuming

The seller has been over backwards to try to make this work for me, including a new version of the lead with a single (combined) plug which directly fits the car’s bonkers aerial.
My conclusion is that the seller and their items are genuine, and that my problem is with the car itself,
