Communication was not very friendly. Shoes were sent in medium satchel, unwrapped. Thankfully they arrived unscathed. Was overcharged for postage. Price charges would have been appropriate had the shoes been sent in the box. Other than that, item was as described so I received what I paid for. Thanks.
