I appreciate you accepting my offer and having the item exactly as described. However, the communication is nonexistence. The seller did not ship out the item until the 5th business day, contradicting the 2-business day shipping policy as stated in the listing. Sent 3 message without a single reply. Apparently this is a known issue if you read other people's rating/feedback. Simply the lack of communication and false promised shipping time are enough for me to drop the rating to neutral.
