Purchased a Mont Blanc pencil, case arrived in envelope but no pencil. Made contact with the gentleman to explain the predicament, within 30 minutes a full refund, no stress, no hassle. I haven’t got what I bid on but how much more genuine could the seller be. I would definitely by from him again. Shame I didn’t get what I bid on, but the outcome could have been far worse.
