Seller did not use tracking, so the package sat at the PO for 5 days. Not in a box, just a satchel, two arrived broken...no potting or mix or paper towel or anything. Just a bit of Spanish moss thrown in. Plants look ok, a bit limp. Kind of sad...you can put a box in that satchel with no increase in price, and they would have been protected.

I offered to send you another lot but you didn't reply but rather left negative review. So rather sad from my end too! According to my Post Office, a box increases the dimensions and cost to post increases. You advised me that you would be happy to pay $10 for delivery, if I'd known that I would certainly have sent with tracking. However most buyers are not prepared to pay $10 postage for a $5 item. My offer still stands, happy to send you another lot. Karin. BTW, the Moss kept it moist!
