all my items are directly from Elizaberth Arden Australia, and I swear to god all of them are brand new and never opened,I am not sure what went on with the one you received,however, if you still not feel comfortable, I have my 100% Satisfaction guarantee policy in place "No question will be asked if you wanna return the item and you will receive full refund including postage if the return item in its unused/original condition"and you can send the item back for full refund including postage
