If you are like me and read only the negative reviews, please know this about this seller. Of my many purchases on eBay, this is one of the best sellers I have ever dealt with. The name of the seller is "1 Fair Sales." They are truly fair. I purchase an audio interface and the knob was missing. Although the photo showed the knob missing and on top of that the price was negotiated down, 1 Fair Sales gave me a partial refund in the amount of a new knob. No questions asked. That is beyond fair.
