    Very good!

    I have a couple of Hand to Hand combat books, and I was very impressed with Mr. Holifield's no-nonsense, easy to remember style. He has had an amazing amount of training and experience, so who better to write this book? I would recommend this book to anybody interested in effective, easy to remember techniques for combat and self defense. Also, Mr. Holifield is a very strong Christian.
