The seller cancelled my purchase as she got an offer for all 6 glasses and refunded me $150. I am stilled owed $18.25 which is the amount I paid for postage. The seller said she would fix this error but I am still owed that amount. I was very disappointed that the purchase was cancelled after I had paid.

Having a good buying experience comes down to how the package arrives. My package was not wrapped to the standard I’d expect when sending fine china through the post. Saucers were not wrapped with cushioning in between and the chosen packaging to send the items in was a used box with pre existing structural damage. This resulted in chipping and shattering of items. Such a shame for pieces of history to be treated so poorly.
Items were notably dirty.
Package was sent in a timely manner.
