The item I received is what I purchased, BUT he was advertised as new and I noticed he has a little scuff mark on his head and just looked a little bit dirty. Unfortunately I can’t change my neutral to a positive. Although it’s still true that my item had a couple little marks upon initial inspection, I was able to clean it off pretty easily.
