Absolutely fantastic jacket, perfect. Delivery was totally outside the vendors control, but to be honest, I wouldn't mind paying a bit more for Royal Mail or a courier company that a) competent and b) gave a rats rectum about customer service and communication. Jacket arrived today after local EVRI depot had it since Thursday morning. No communication, explanation, even dare I say apology? In my business, I avoid EVRI due heir gross incompetence, lack of communication and outright lies.
