Unfortunately I was out of state when this item was purchased. I did explain to the buyer my situation, that this was unexpected travel to another state to be with family members. I refunded her money immediately and apologized. To my surprise she has left me a bad review. In the end I realize this was my mistake buying options should've been turned off. Im working on figuring that out.
