They sent the item in someone else’s name and the post office wouldn’t release it. I contacted the seller and they we’re little if no help . I traveled 1.5 into Rockhampton to take delivery and that’s when it all went bad. I contacted the seller via messages on eBay for half a day and they wouldn’t even contact the post office and back up my story and admit it was put in the wrong persons name. Correct address but wrong name . I gave them the post offices details but no contact .

Buyer has recieved a ln item in full in a same day. We can see it through a tracking number. So we not aware what an issue is.
