The specifications for the slicer said that it could handle a slab of meat an inch and a quarter thick well an inch and a quarter thick slab kind of gets stuck and won't go through the slicer inch and 1/8 is maximum which isn't much different but I did 20 lb of eye of round roast sliced inch and 1/8 thick through the slicer and it worked flawlessly so no real big issue just a condition

I just sliced 2 briskets in less than 8 minutes, it took me 90 minutes to remove the fat, slab the meat and prep it and 8 minutes to slice all of it, I just bought the best meat slicing equipment on earth! I wish that I would have seen this before now, I am so STOKED! This brings a new meaning to prepping meat for jerky making, if you are a jerky maker or slice in 1/4" slices, just get one now!!! Clean-up took less than 10 minutes, good to have a soft long bristled brush for the blades.
