Buyer Beware! I can't fault this seller for the speed of delivery, but that's where the praise ends. The item in the pictures was sealed as new without damage, however what arrived was missing security seals and had a big split in the packaging. Seller wasn't interested and made no attempt to resolve, refused to acknowledge return request. Ebay had to intervene to resolve.

I had an extremely negative encounter with this seller. They sent me an item with a 24-hour tracking service, but it never arrived for almost a week. I was then informed that I had to personally collect it from the delivery office and pay a fee to receive the package. I ended up spending over £5 extra because the seller did not make the full payment. Although the seller promised to refund me the £5, they never responded to me after I closed the case. I am very dissatisfied with this experience.
